What to expect your first visit
Parking
When you arrive, a valet attendant will park your car and we will validate your valet parking ticket. Additional parking is also available in Preston center if you prefer to self-park.

Check-In
You will be greeted by our friendly front office team member. We will collect information from you via our New Patient Forms, which we will ask you to fill out if you have not done so prior to your visit. Once we have your completed forms, a team member will bring you to a treatment room and go over your primary concerns and objectives.
X-Rays
X-Rays
If you have not recently had x-rays done at a previous office, we will take comprehensive series of x-rays in order to fully evaluate the status of your teeth and their surrounding structures.
If you have had x-rays within 1 year if your first visit to our office, please ask your previous dental office to send your most recent set of x-rays to [email protected]
Gum Health Evaluation and Teeth Cleaning
Once x-rays have been taken, our hygienist will check the status of your gum health and determine the type of cleaning that is needed and perform a cleaning. If your gums have active disease, we may refer you to a periodontist for evaluation and treatment of your gums prior to treatment in our office.
